• Initialize OpenSpec (openspec init --tools claude, CLI 1.14.1) in the repo
• Adds openspec/ (config, specs/, changes/) using the spec-driven schema
• Adds 6 OpenSpec skills in .claude/skills/ and the /opsx:* commands in .claude/commands/opsx/

Notes

• Start a change with /opsx:propose "your idea"
• Extra workflows (new, continue, ff, bulk-archive, verify, onboard) can be enabled with openspec config profile
• No application code is changed
