Delete branch "install-bootstrap"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Restores the full installer to install/install.sh (attached to every release) and makes the root install.sh a small bootstrap: it looks up the latest release (or uses FILES_VERSION), downloads that release's install.sh and runs it with the version pinned. The docs one-liner points at the root script, so installs follow releases while main can keep moving.
