The settings dialog's sidebar wrapper used the default min-h-svh, so it grew to the viewport height and pushed the About button (sidebar footer) outside the dialog's clipped area. The wrapper now has a fixed 480px height with min-h-0, and the main pane fills it. Typecheck passes; not visually verified (sign-in needs the mock OIDC stack).
