Upgrades @tanstack/react-table from 8.21.3 to 9.2.8.

• useReactTable → useTable with explicit features (row sorting, row selection)
• ColumnDef/Row types take the features type
• flexRender → table.FlexRender
• getVisibleCells → getAllCells; dropped unused enableHiding

Type-check, Biome and build pass. Not manually tested in a browser.

Upgrades `@tanstack/react-table` from 8.21.3 to 9.2.8. - `useReactTable` → `useTable` with explicit features (row sorting, row selection) - `ColumnDef`/`Row` types take the features type - `flexRender` → `table.FlexRender` - `getVisibleCells` → `getAllCells`; dropped unused `enableHiding` Type-check, Biome and build pass.
