The image now records the commit it was built from, so :latest shows dev · <sha> instead of just dev.

• Dockerfile takes a GIT_SHA build arg and writes /app/COMMIT; CI passes it.
• Release images keep COMMIT and add VERSION on top.
• New VersionLabel shows v<version> · <short sha> in the auth card and Settings → About, each linking to the release/commit.

Show the git commit next to the version ... cd9f8c6299

The Docker image now records the commit it was built from (COMMIT), and the
UI shows it beside the version, linked to the commit in the repo.
