• Move the app version from the sidebar into a new About page at the bottom of the settings dialog (app name, repo link, installed version).
• Fetch the latest release from the Forgejo API at most once every 24 hours, cached in a new kv SQLite table with zod-validated keys and values (LATEST_APP_VERSION, LATEST_APP_VERSION_UPDATED_AT). Dev builds skip the lookup.
• Show an "Update available" link above the user menu when a newer release exists; it opens the release in a new tab.
• Move server function files into src/server-functions/, leaving src/server/ for server-only code.

Testing

• pnpm run typecheck and pnpm run build pass.
• The e2e spec is now about.spec.ts and covers the About page. It has not been run, and the update link is not covered.

once a day, cache it in a new kv table, and show an update link above the
user menu when a newer release exists. Move server fn files to
src/server-functions.
