• Install @tanstack/intent 0.5.5 (pinned) as a root devDependency.
• Allow @tanstack/* skills via intent.skills in package.json.
• Add the intent-skills guidance block to AGENTS.md so agents run pnpm exec intent list / intent load before substantial tasks.
• Ignore @tanstack/intent in knip.json, since it is only used through the CLI.

Testing

• pnpm exec intent list lists the local skills.
• pnpm knip and biome lint . pass.
