Summary

• Replaces the Next.js app with a TanStack Start (Router + Vite + Nitro) app in apps/app (on top of the new Turborepo layout).
• Ports all routes (/, /d, /d/$slug, /view/$slug), the rename/trash server actions (now server functions), /api/upload-file and /api/raw/$path (GET/HEAD with range support).
• Not ported: /api/events/fs (broken SSE stub) and /api/examples (placeholder).
• Dockerfile builds with Vite and runs docker/bootstrap.mjs, which creates /storage and /.trash on the WebDAV volume (via MKCOL, with retries) before starting the server.
• turbo.json, CI, e2e workflow, Playwright, ESLint, .gitignore/.dockerignore and VS Code launch config updated; the Next.js block removed from AGENTS.md.

Test plan

• pnpm typecheck, pnpm lint (1 existing react-table warning), pnpm format:check, pnpm build
• pnpm test:e2e (not-found test)
• Docker image built and run against an empty WebDAV server: directories bootstrapped, directory listing, raw GET/HEAD and upload verified
• Rename / move-to-trash / viewer not yet exercised in a browser

Migrate app from Next.js to TanStack Start ... 4eea4c6b0a

Replace the Next.js app with a TanStack Start/Router app in packages/app.
Routes, server functions and API routes are ported; the Dockerfile, CI and
Playwright config are updated, and the image now creates /storage and
/.trash on the WebDAV volume at startup.
